Our fully managed service is our most popular service with our Landlords.

There's nothing worse than having a property sat on the market that isn't earning you any money. As well as marketing your property on all the relevant property portals generating new enquiries, at DLM Property Management Ltd we have a database of people waiting to find their perfect property so will match their requirements with your property. You will be kept up to date on any viewings taking place at your property with any feedback from the prospective tenant. You can be sure that the prospective tenants will be referenced so that you know exactly who is moving into your property and we will then draw up the relevant documents. Your rent will be collected on a monthly basis and statements will be issued on a monthly basis.

As part of our fully managed service your tenants will be able to use our maintenance 24/7 hot line should a problem arise. At the start of tenancy, you can pre approve an amount (many Landlords opt for £100.00) that we do not need your permission for in order to proceed with works. Any works expected to be above this amount will be run past you first and will not be carried out without your permission.
