I needed a double bed frame as the right hand side iron ban that held the bed slats was damaged.  I e-mailed DML property management in order to ask whether was possible to have it changed for a new one. As a result I received the e-mail from the agency  saying that the fitter would come the next day.

 I would like to thank DML and above all Molly for the stunning professionalism and excellent customer service  as I received the bed frame the day after. I personally think that a reliable customer service like  DML gives a competitive advantage, in fact I am very pleased to deal with them because they are always available to help you.
